Unit Owners must have prior approval from Palm Shores RV Resort Board prior to renting their units.
Palm Shores RV Resort is a 55+ park and renters must be 55+ to rent the unit.
The following steps are required prior to renting:
- Approval Form (See Application Packet link below) to be completed by prospective tenants and submitted to the Association office
- Verification of tenant(s) age (photo ID or drivers license) submitted to office
- Owner must give prospective tenant a copy of the Rules and Regulations. Unit owners are responsible to make sure that tenants follow the rules and may face fines and legal costs if they fail to comply with rules and regulations.
