Unit Owners must have prior approval from Palm Shores RV Resort Board prior to selling their units.
In accordance with Florida law, the Association will provide to purchasers any written notice of violations and /or fees due regarding property they wish to purchase.
Palm Shores RV Resort is a 55+ park and at least one owner must be 55+ and living in the unit.
The following steps are required prior to selling:
- Approval Form (See Application Packet link below) to be completed by prospective buyer and submitted to the Association office
- Verification of purchasers age (photo ID or drivers license) submitted to office
Seller must give prospective buyer the following:
- Declaration of Condominium Bylaws
- Articles of Incorporation
- Approval form signed by Board of Directors prior to purchase
