These rules are provided by your Board of Directors so that all members of the Association may live side by side in peace and harmony. Any request for a temporary exception to a rule must be presented in writing, to the Board of Directors for approval by the majority of the board members.
Violations of these rules may result in fines and legal costs payable by the violator, according to Florida State Statutes 718.303 (3).
Unit owners are responsible to ensure that their Tenants/Guests understand and follow the rules. Unit owners will be held responsible for the rule violations of their tenants/guests and may incur fines and/or legal fees.
